Totally. I went recently and zero percent of the coolness of their campaigns has moved in-store. Not the windows, not the VM, not the product. It’s super upsetting because the marketing is on point.
i so agree. gap really gets nostalgia; that 'feels familiar but still fresh’ vibe. but curious to see if it actually drives in-store conversions though.
